Always Remembered “Always Remembered”- MMIW

“Always Remembered” is a tribute to the murdered and missing indigenous women of all people. The red dress has become a symbol of this movement, as has the hand across the face, symbolic of their stolen voice and to encourage us to raise our voices for their memories to live.

A fabricated and sandcast Sterling Silver pendant is set with Rosarita and a tiny Sterling Silver hand is set across her face. She is suspended by a multi-strand necklace of Oxblood Coral with woven Sterling Silver beads and fabricated and textured end caps. Necklace: Adjustable from 20″ to 24″L. Pendant and Bail: 3″L x 1 1/2″W.
